Great, classic story, with lots of action, emotion, and memorable characters. The first episode is somewhat slow, but overall this is a story with a lot of travel and action, many interesting characters, and good acting. With the many different places the plot and characters go, it fulfills what I love most about 6-part Doctor Who stories. The focus is more on the Doctor's companions than the Doctor himself, and they get some great moments, each basically getting their own companion for a large part of the story. Barbara gets a particularly sweet scene as a getaway driver. My only complaint goes to the special effects: the Daleks' floating button...excuse me, flying ridiculous, and I really have to squint to believe in the crocodile in the sewers. I do think, however, that this is a fabulous story for the Daleks and might be one of their best appearances in the entirety of the show.

Once again we see the daleks! These were some good episodes but the ending of the last episode I was so shocked! I won't give any spoilers but it makes me now want to watch the next set of episodes.

the Daleks are back in some more action with the first doctor!! still the daleks want to destroy everyone and the doctor has to save the day!!!!
