The author used one of my least favorite methods: The first chapter shows how the story ends. Thus chapter two starts at "the beginning" and I honestly couldn't find anything I liked about any of the characters. However, Clem and Johnny are 16 and 18 so maybe the teens would like it (the parents won't, but the kids might).
