This book is beautiful and provides tons of quality insight from the people who put together the fantastical show "Adventure Time"--my favorite being the character development portion, where the author shows us the inspiration behind each main character and how they developed from just a sketch or idea to a full-blown character!

The print production is top notch for this book, which is essentially an art book. The colors, binding and quality of paper are absolutely phenomenal.

P.S. - The introduction by director Guillermo del Toro was a mega-plus!

P.P.S - Totally for appropriate for both children and adults!

An absolutely beautiful book about the artistic development of the land of Ooo. Plenty of inside looks from the artists, creators, and cast will give anyone a better understanding and appreciation of the show.

Filled to the brim with beautiful insights and illustrations and never before seen material about the world of Ooo. This book is an over-sized and beautiful look into the world and characters created by Pendleton Ward, and the creators who help him helm the show. It goes behind the history of the series, how it came about and talks about the different characters. The book is full of beautiful illustrations and behind the scenes material of a show that became a phenomenal hit while it still uses conventional animation in the era of computer generated animation.
