2nd title in the series of 24, but more forthcoming.
Small village, rural England.
Bright, smart writing. Strong community values.
Lori is inquisitive, courageous, determined ... to solve....

A cute book that has a fun mystery but isn't over-complicated. I enjoyed it! It's kind of quaint and written in a time when modern technology was just basically beginning to emerge, so I found it charming how big a deal they made out of the idea of the internet and cellphones, for instance!
