Who doesn't love tacos? However we found this book to be pretty unapproachable for the home cook. The photos were beautiful and reading about the process of taco creation was interesting. We found the ingredients challenging even in the most basic of recipes. We suggest the home cook and the cook book reader skip this book.

This book made me hungry! All the recipes sounded delicious! I made the burnt jalapeño powder and turned it into jalapeño salt! Mmmm!
