One of the best documentary I've ever watched.

The cause of the controversy over Wilson's research seems to be that some people wanted reality to be a certain way, and he showed that it was not. Seek the truth, but do not become attached to it, for it may change. What is so bad about being connected to the other life forms on the planet? Insects are incredibly successful. If we want to be superior to the animal kingdom, we could try working on the tribal instinct that makes us kill one another with bestial fervor.

This is some thing we all need to be aware of and try to keep in mind during our life time.
It's very well done.

I was able to watch the last part of this when it aired on PBS and found it utterly fascinating. Mr Wilson has such great insight into many things. He is a delight to listen to.
