Author, Mark Lauren is an American military physical-training specialist for the Special Operations community. Not only is Mark an accomplished triathlete and a champion Thai boxer, but, he is also a sought-after personal trainer to both civilian men and women of all fitness levels.

In "Body Fuel" Lauren carefully outlines (for the fitness-conscious reader) a number of sensible exercise routines and nutritional guidelines (in easy-to-understand terms) that make getting into top physical shape and losing excess body weight an enjoyable and straight-forward endeavor which is sure to show positive results in the shortest time possible.
