Another good book of Mr Panda series. Teaching kids to be patient and there's a reward for being patient. Love the illustration and all the other animals too.

Another absolute banger by Steve Anthony. Not quite as good as the other two Mr. Panda titles, but a worthy member of the Mr. Panda trilogy nonetheless.

After reading "Please Mr. Panda" I had to read the "sequel" and it did not disappoint. Okay, so I'm much too old for books like this; books that I can read in about ten minutes or less, but I love that both books (I wish there were more!) have a message that kids and adults should take to heart. This one being that good things come to those who wait. My husband and I are just in love with Giant Pandas so that's what caught my eye when I saw the cover. This one was actually funnier than the first, with a bit of suspense built in because I honestly didn't know what was going to happen. And that made me love the book even more. This is a perfect book for kids of any age, but adults will love it too.

What’s better, the art or the plot?
It’s the giggles we share from all this author’s books. My kids ages 2-10 appreciate this author, but particularly kids from 4-7.

Mr. Panda is becoming one of my favorite book characters. It's nice to know the penguin's following in the lemur's footsteps in developing good manners and moral character, too.

A delightful sequel to Please, Mr. Panda with a surprise ending. The expressions on the faces on the faces of the animals and the simple text make for a lovely read aloud for littles.

Patience is a virtue, especially for the penguin in this story, since Penguin alone gets to enjoy the yummy treat that Panda is making. I also enjoyed the unusual animals that make an appearance, like the alpaca, aadvark and egret. This book would be fun to act out!

Great book for storytime to teach patience.
