A lovely cookbook with plenty of pictures and a focus on vegetables. I have several Donna Hay cookbooks but this is my new fave.

Pretty pictures, but not useful as a cookbook.

This is a beautifully photographed but completely useless cookbook. Contrary to what Harper Collins says in their review, this is NOT a user friendly book. It's true ; the book is large, printed in a 10 x 10 format. However, the printing is miniscule. The font used for the recipes might be a 6 but for recipes with fractions, the nominators and denominators are probably printed using a font size of 2 or a 4 at best. There are often two recipes per page but they are printed using only a very small portion of the page and often with print and background colours which, combined with the miserly font size, make them almost illegible. There is not even the slightest possibility that you could prop this book up in your kitchen and actually cook something out of it. Perhaps when this book was being designed, there should have been more care taken to balance the pretty pictures with a printed way to turn them into reality in someone's home kitchen. This is a great book if you want to just look at lovely pictures of food and it probably contains some great recipes but who can tell?
