This book was very lackluster and didn't fully deliver on either information or entertainment. I only dabble in books on fashion sometimes but even then I can tell this isn't a useful resource in that area for most people if anyone. I was disappointed since the concept seemed cute.

Possibly due to a lack of imagination on my part, I'm unable to accept a bunny as my guide to haute couture. Part of the problem is that the author, er, bunny, tends to look at the style trends as they apply to only one figure...her own. The clothing is never shown sucessfully draping real, live, non-model bodies--the true test of elegance, as far as I'm concerned. Instead, runway shots are juxtaposed with fanciful sketches of Fifi Lapin dressed in identical duds. Subjects of both depictions have perfect bods, of course. (Whoever heard of a long, lean rabbit? But I digress.) I find Lapin's fashion and lifestyle advice directive and patronizing. The individuality that is a hallmark of true style is not valued by the author unless one's personal taste coincides with her own.
