Since the mid-1990s, more than 20,000 refugees have died in the Mediterranean en route to Europe. "Against the tide" looks at efforts by Boats 4 People, a Euro-African aid organization, to provide passage for the many thousands of refugees attempting to reach Europe by water today, as well as raise awareness and public support for their cause.
