Wow, wow, wow. I LOVED this graphic novel. Selected as one of NPR's 100 favorite Horror Stories of all time. This story felt necessary, representative, so socially and politically current and down right scary! I enjoyed the art and the story just blew me away. Read the introduction by Tananarive Due, it was so integral to the story and read the Afterword by Jeff Lemire, both are worth it.

"In the age of Jordan Peele's Get Out, a more inclusive era in horror is emerging, not only making room for inclusive characters all readers can identify with, but using supernatural to examine the real-life horror facing so many of us: racism, xenophobia, and Islamophobia." Tananarice Due
