How this movie won any awards is beyond me. The direction and writing were obviously lacking. The time gaps between when a character meets another and then become "close" are monumental. The portrayal also of how fast HIV/AIDS was passed on having the character find out in one scene he has the disease to the following scene where he has blotches and look emaciated are unrealistic. There was no connection between any of the characters that was believable and enough with the drag already. As a matter of fact that was this movie was...A BIG DRAG! It was 2 hours too long.
