Add a CommentThis is an older book in terms of pressure cooking, with no pictures. However, the author has decades of wisdom which is shared in this book. Lots of Mediterranean recipes. Pressure cookers now have many safety features, even by the 80's, so read a few basic rules (easy stuff!) and you're ready to make meals in minutes! For those who will be cooking with dried beans, soaking is recommended but not necessarily required.
