Good follow up to this cult sci-fi series from the 60's. This was the last season of the series.

If viewed strictly as an intense TV drama about one man's paranoia and delusions concerning an apparent alien invasion on Earth, then The Invaders TV series (from the mid-1960s) was, at times, actually quite compelling in its storytelling,____ But, if viewed as a show about a "real" alien invasion (that wasn't just a figment of someone's imagination), then this TV series unfortunately left a lot to be desired._____ My biggest complaint is that The Invaders contained almost no special effects at all. And, to me, this was a real disappointment._____ In my opinion, when you're dealing with a show about a worldwide alien invasion, then decent visual effects are just as important as that of a good script._____ This was certainly no low-budget TV show._____ Each episode featured at least one well-known celebrity in the cast. And I personally think that instead of going the route of paying the cost of having some stars in the show, that the money in the program's budget should have been used more wisely to create some sensational visuals and make-up effects and that way The Invaders would have probably been a more entertaining and memorable Sci-Fi TV show to watch.
