This copy is unusable and should be discarded by the library. It is scratched beyond belief and would not play in my dvd player.

It has two metal looking tabs on the front and will not play in my wii

Bob's yoga dvd is great.
It has 3 levels:
Level 1: yoga only
Level 2: yoga & pilates
Level 3: yoga & weights

Yoga is not magic. The only way to shed fat is via catabolic metabolism (ie: exercise) Most people are not sufficiently adept at yoga to have it be considered exercise. Eat well and be active if your goal is weight loss.
