I have to admit, this is not the strongest in the series. It depends overly much in one instance on coincidence. Further, the scene at the movie theater felt forced and flat to me. However, it continues the story of Jeremiah and Cindy, and I enjoy getting to know these characters. On the plus side, you get to see more of the dynamic between Cindy and her mother, although I think there is a lot more there the author hasn't mined yet, and also between Cindy and her daredevil celebrity brother, whom she resents. I should note, though, that I've only read through book 5 of the series so far, so these might come up later.
Oh, and I think I clicked 5 stars on this--that was because I thought it was a different book in the series at first. Really would probably put this at about a 3.
Loose story line. Was no real surprise to the mystery. Didn't really care much for the book. :(
