I can't believe how Millie acts in this book. When Hazeltail says Blossomfall was limping, Millie just ignores it and only pays attention to Briarlight. And when she and Ivypool return from the tunnels, Millie criticizes her saying she could been hunting and that Briarlight would give anything to hunt for her Clan. It gets worse in some of the other books.

Millie, you have other kits too! Briarlight isn't the only kit! Remember Bumblestripe and Blossomfall?!

Jayfeather is summoned to the mountains to help the Tribe of Rushing Water because the Teller of the Pointed Stones is dying and he has not appointed a new leader yet. They believe the Tribe of Endless Hunting has abandoned them. All hope is lost and the tribe is gravely hungry. What will they do in order to survive?

In this fourth book, there is more elaboration on the tribe of Rushing water. Jayfeather, guided by his instincts and skills, tries to assist the old Stoneteller and the group of cats that reside far from the clans. I rather liked his perspective here, but not so much the end. Meanwhile, Lionblaze is caught in the middle of the action and trying his best to maintain peace and the code. The two sisters, soon to be warriors, must rise to the challenges to overcome fear and despair. Now the question is: can they all get to where they need to be?

Technically, they [meaning all the clans] still think she is dead if you read Hollyleaf's story you would understand what happened after she ran away from Thunderclan.

Best book ever. I am a big fan of Warriors, and I think this is one of my favorite books. DO NOT CALL JAYFEATHER STUPID FOR DITCHING HALF MOON BECAUSE JAYJAY IS MY FAVORITE CAT! Although it IS sad that he couldn't stay with Half Moon. But still. I think he's way better off in the clans!

great book but flametail should have lived

That ending... :/
It was a great book, but if they want to pull a surprise twist Erin could have done way better. Oh well. It was still awesome, as all Warrior books are.

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant! But I feel really sad for Jayfeather/Jay's Wing that he and Half Moon can't be mates! I did really enjoy seeing the Tribes again. But Stoneteller is REALLY grumpy.

Meginka123 Jul 17, 2012

I have had a grudge against the Tribe cats since Moonrise. But Brook, Stormfur and the kits, I hold no grudge against them. It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sad Jayfeather and Half Moon can't mate =''''''C. But it's cool how the 3 are in Ancient times, even though Dovewing and Lionblaze don't know it.

"Dovepaw made a mess of hunting, true. But she ran to help a Clanmate in trouble, even though she had no idea what danger. When we couldn't get Icecloud out of the hole, she was quick to volenteer to be lowered down to help her, even though no cat knew what was down there. I'd say it would be mouse-brained not to make her a warrior."-Spiderleg
