It is always nice to find a book that offers a new twist to a lot of what I'm already doing, or that can inspire those who may feel that something like eating seasonaly is a daunting prospect. This is such a book. I would definitely recommend it for someone who is experienced, as well as someone just getting started in eating & living more thoughtfully.
