Annie Walker gets plenty of dangerous assignments in season two of Covert Affairs. Annie is sent to Europe, Mexico and South America as well as being involved in various operations in the US. Annie is teamed with her boss Joan and Ben on a mission in Mexico and with Arthur, the head of the CIA, on a delicate operation in Germany. Auggie goes rogue when he learns that the man responsible for his blindness is alive and still planning terrorist activities. Annie's relationship with her sister is severely strained when Annie must tell Danielle that she is a covert CIA operative. Season two concludes with Annie's and Daniellle's vacation to Sweden that turns deadly.
