Fantastic sequel to Easy's perceived death from the previous book. I nearly cried when I thought Mosley killed him off. Someone in the know had told me that Mosley was done with Rawlins. Was ecstatic to find he wrote another & then another following! You gotta read this one!

Can't go wrong with a Walter Mosley mystery! Love Easy Rawlins and all the "characters" in his life!

Loads of fun. The break was good for Mosley and this character. A cheat sheet might help some who have not read all of the books.

Parts will make you laugh.

Rawlins returns and Mouse has a case for him. The story moves quickly. Looking forward to the next installment.
