Critics and fans of Sam "Iron & Wine" Beam seem divided on his last two albums, which find him embracing a fuller band sound, lusher production, a 70s feel, and greater instrumentation (horns, strings). I've liked everyhign he's done and thought "Kiss Each Other Clean" was one his best. I like this too, but it is his weakest to date, veering close to soft rock in parts.
