I made it through to the end of this. I abandoned the extra material on the dvd after about 10 minutes. Seemed there was no help in it. The song says, 'life's really worth living when you are mirth giving'. Time spent on this will have to have some other justification. The humor highlight here for me was when Eve takes in Adams digs, resembling the dwellings of hoarders recently featured on reality tv, and tells him, 'I really like what you've done with the place'. As we watch Adam, we might not think of him as promising husband material; but Eve is kind of chipper. We have to remember they have been married three times over many hundreds of years; they've been through a lot together. They drink a kind of sauce that really sends them. Some in the audience might be wishing they could have some of that. Both of these are in the category of reformed vampires, this being the twentieth century. As such their procurement methods amount to no more than misdemeanors. They need their assistants, but money is in plentiful supply. Unpalatable for me, but, in the end, some will find this scrumptious.
