The second iteration in Ward's "Bourbon Kings" trilogy continues at its intense pace through the depths of dysfunction and betrayal among Kentucky's families of the rich and famous, and it picks up in the wake of some major power shifts in the family and in the industry. The title of this installment derives poetically from the portion of bourbon which evporates into thin air during the aging process.
