Calico Printing operated in Austin, Texas, during the 1970s and worked largely with poster artists. The collection consists of 64 posters created by 15 different artists, primarily Micael Priest, Danny Garrett, and Dale Wilkins. The posters document various musicians and bands that performed at Armadillo World Headquarters, Antone's, Austin Opry House, and other local venues from 1972 to 1978.

The Tim Kerr Papers contain materials that document these three bands through posters, clippings, t-shirts, and memorabilia. Additionally, collected zines, magazines, and clippings document punk culture, skateboarding, and music in Central Texas in the 1980s and early 1990s.
