Really like the original WW movie (2017).
So was looking forward to "more of the same."
Didn't get that.
Instead, got one of the most disappointing movies this year. Or maybe for the last 2-3 years. Starts well enough, back in…Read moreRead more of this comment

This was a bigger piece of ka-ka than the last Wonder Woman film. It's 2h31m long and it took more than 50mins into the thing to start to show what was going to happen in the story. My guess -- the writer, director, and everyone involved…Read moreRead more of this comment

Loved it. I grew up watching the Wonder Woman TV show in the 80's with Lynda Carter. This movie was very different and unexpected, but some gadgets were similar. Story line was very different, but that is OK. I love the actors (Gal Gadot…Read moreRead more of this comment

The 80s were so awesome. So much they could of done in a modern way to play tribute to that era. Loved WWOne so much. Sad that this follow-up was so lackluster. I appreciate that Gal Gadot still gave a great performance. Chris Pine kinda…Read moreRead more of this comment

Not enough of the cheetah. For a big budget superhero movie Wonder Woman should be fighting some super villain or a big mean space alien instead she's fighting some maniacal greedy businessman creep with suspicious hair.
Gee, that sounds…Read moreRead more of this comment

Interesting take however it just did not have enough meaningful substance for me. Also, way to much overall/drama or was that fluff. I would have liked to have seen Pines character take on a more meaningful and pivotal role but just in a…Read moreRead more of this comment

So bad. So disappointing. Weird villains. Awful action sequences. Dumb plot. The first Wonder Woman was so good; this is the exact opposite. The only reason to watch this movie is to see if it's really as bad as they say. It is.

Started out good but I was really ready for it to be over long before it ended! I’ve found most sequels don’t live up to the first movie-Toy Story being an exception! Gal did look stunning in her white dress early in the film!

I actually loved this version! Even better than the other movie version. Chris Pine makes an appearance as Steve Austin (the Six Million Dollar Man) when Diana makes an accidental wish on a magical rock and the chemistry between the two is…Read moreRead more of this comment

Well, according to early reviews it was supposed to be good. Actually it was a lengthy action flick with nothing much more. Moral of the story/film: be careful what you wish for--you might get it. Corollary: "magic" always comes at a…Read moreRead more of this comment

At the end of the movie my husband and I looked at each other bewildered. This movie was HORRIBLE, SUPER boring and almost laughable it was so ridiculous. Such a shock because we both really enjoyed the first one.

Wonder Woman 1984 was a VERY long film, but it was overall enjoyable (I just liked the action). It also had a positive message (that women can do anything!), and the moral of the story was that if you want more/are greedy, there are…Read moreRead more of this comment

I did find this movie very enjoyable, although it is definitely a sophomoric effort compared to the first one. The opening scene with Diana on Paradise Island is pretty much only there for the sake of the trailer; it has nothing more than…Read moreRead more of this comment
