The lecture shows the factors that weaken the inner confidence in one's own abilities, and presents ways to strengthen it. It draws our attention to such important elements influencing self-confidence as: knowledge (general and industry-specific), soft skills, commitment, relationships with people, independence, passion, motivating impulses (e.g. inspiring programs and books). It describes the methods of developing the ability to perceive one's own talents and to combine them with the vision of life. It tells you how to deal with emerging adversities, including fear and guilt, which are especially destructive. It contains numerous questions that engage the recipient and references to the biographies of famous people who achieved their goals thanks to self-confidence.
